Obituary for JACQUELINE HILDRED MARTINDALE

Jacqueline Hildred Martindale passed away in Ann Arbor, Michigan on August 17, 2018. Born in Detroit on July 25, 1956, she was the daughter of James Stafford and Frances Hildred (nee Charters) Atwood, Growing up in Wayne, Michigan, Jackie lived with a vibrancy of life in school as a cheerleader. She also excelled in the synchronized swimming team, graduating from Wayne Memorial High School with the coveted title “Seasprite”.

Jacqueline’s honesty and integrity lead her to a supervisory position in the United States Postal Service. She was loyal and faithful to her job, working every day, for years, without ever taking a day off.

In her leisure time, she was a devoted fan of many sports, especially the local teams. Jackie would go any distance to watch NASCAR events in person. The Detroit Tigers and the Red Wings have lost an enthusiastic supporter and admirer. And, on the music scene, she was enthralled listening to, classic rock at home or at exciting concerts.

These all are the happy memories she leaves to her loved ones.
