KATHERINE ANNE HAGOPIAN

Katherine Anne Hagopian, lifelong resident of Michigan, passed suddenly November 13, 2025. She worked tirelessly over the past 24 years running her construction business and volunteering for various West Bloomfield Township boards.  Katherine was preceded in death by her parents John and Eleanor Penner and brother Kenneth.

An excellent cook and avid animal lover, Kathy enjoyed sharing her love of others through her meals and supported a number of charities including Friends for Animals of Metro Detroit, Bark Nation-Detroit and Solanus Casey Foundation. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

FAMILY MEMBERS

She is survived by her husband of 40 years Emil, children John (Gina), David (Krystal), Justin (Shelby), grandchildren Grayson, Oliver, Maverick, Skylar, sister Beverly (Ed) Booms, and numerous nieces and nephews.

MEMORIAL DONATIONS

In lieu of funeral flowers, the family suggests Memorial Donations be sent to the charity of your choice to help elevate Mankind's endeavors, as Kathy always did, or plant a tree to enhance living spaces for her beloved animals.
